New dates have been released for Croydon’s Traum support training courses.
More residents can participate in the free accredited sessions of the Council that will help them support the people who know they have Experienced trauma.
Anyone who lives or working in Croydon can attend courses and learn to detect trauma signs in others and how they could affect their behavior.
Training also explores the effects of trauma on Broader community And it goes through some of the coping strategies that people use when they face traumatic events.
Participants will also discover where people can sign for more help if they need it.
Croydon’s executive mayor Jason Perry said: “Hundreds of residents have already benefited from participating in our free training course informed by trauma.
“We hope that more people will register in the course that will give them more confidence to help those who experience trauma.
“Offering people the proper support at the right time can make a true difference to their lives.”
People can Register here For online sessions or in person duration of April, May and June of this year.
