Martin Asolo-Agogua had an advantage all night at a social event when he crashed the bus in Ada and his five-year-old brother at Watling Street on the morning of August 3 last year, according to a court.
The brothers, who were with a family member at that time, were tasks to the hospital where Ada died two days later.
Asolo-Agogua, 23, from Nunhead, has now declared himself guilty of causing death for driving and driving dangerous while not suitable through drugs (cannabis).
Duration A letter hearing in the crown of the Woolwich crown on Tuesday, April 22, Judge Ben Gumpert Kc warned him that he faces the certainty of prison time.
Judge Gumpert said: “Looking at the sentence guidelines, whether this is at the highest or middle level of guilt, even if that decision is used in favor of the accused, the starting point will be a sentence of six years in prison.
“And it seems to me, it seems to me, considerable aggravating characteristics because I was driving a bus, under the influence of cannabis, and that had the night before having my leg, as I understand, in a social event.”
Asolo-Agogua was awarded the bail until it is sentenced in June.
Judge Gumpert said: “You have declared yourself guilty of a very serious crime that has resulted in a small child lost his life.
“The circumstances of this crime are such that, in my opinion, it is inevitable that they immediately send it to prison.”

A GOFUNDME page was launched to provide support to those who helped at the nine -year doors to the incident.
A statement in the name of the Bacakci family, shared on the page, explained that the organization of Ada Dono to help six other children.
He said: “We have bones beaten and chahatic in pieces, one became six, living in new places.
“Thank you are not enough to show our gratitude. We will honor Ada with acts of magnitude.
“The funds will support those who helped us, from emergency services to our hospital too. We lost account of who soaked us in love.”
The accident took place around 9.05 am of August 3 last year.
Asolo-Agogua was arrested on the day of the incident.
