This project, which includes the roof, is designed to improve the garden space while respecting the character of the Downs Hill conservation area.
Planning notices also include a more extensive application in Down Court in Sudah Road in Orpington.
This proposal covers a single -plant rear extension, a roof link for a Loft conversion and the creation of an external pool with associated landscape.
The project aims to renew the list list while adding modern comforts.
Finally, the CO-OP South Suburban company has submitted a request from Section 73 for the variation of the conditions related to the use of the community and reflectors for a significant development project in Beckenham.
