The incident was reported between Clafam Junction and Twickenham around 5 pm today (April 21).
National Rail confirmed that all the lines between the thesis stations have closed and the services can be delayed up to 15 minutes.
Has affected the railway services of the southwest with interruptions to last until 10 pm
All the energy on the tracks has been extinguished since the incident is Dalt for emergency services.
The nature of the incident is unknown at this stage.
