Police was called to Northolt Road, near South Harrow Station, shortly before noon today (April 21).
Paramedics and officials arrived and the 62 -year -old was tasks for the hospital where their condition is not yet known.
Northholt Road remains closed in both directions by a police cord.
R With the police spokesman said: “The police was called at 11: 52 hours on Monday, April 21 to Northolt Road, Harrow after the reports of a collision that involves a car and a pedestrian.
“The officers attended the London ambulance service.
“The pedestrian, a 62 -year -old woman, has been hospital tasks. We expect an update about her condition.
“Northholt Road remains closed in both directions.”
London’s ambulance service was also contacted to comment.
