Three men have been accused of homicide after a woman was killed in an accident in a golf course.
Suzanne Cherry, 62, from Aldridge, died at the hospital on April 15, four days after she was beaten in the Aston Wood Golf Club, in Little Aston, by a truck that had been involved in a police search.
John McDonald, 51, or Bloxwich, Johnny McDonald, 22, or Dudley, and Brett Delaney, 34, were accused of involuntary homicide.
The three men should appear in the North Staffordshire Justice Center on Monday.
John McDonald was also accused of assault by winning and not stopping a vehicle when he is led by an agent.
Three other men who were arrested in relation to the investigation have been rescued from conditions, Staffordshire police said.
