The Londoners have been devoid of the iconic cherry tree, which has become so synonymous with spring.
To mark the Cherry Blossom season, Sticks ‘N’ Sushi has launched a new Sakura menu with four thematic drinks, house rolls and a dessert, which will run until March 27.

Starting with cocktails, the menu presents three alcoholic beverages, as well as a non -alcoholic beverage with cherry themes, including the under the Sakura tree, Rocío Sakura, Sakura Vesper and Sakura Blush.
We get used to the Sakura Vesper, which is a version of a classic martini with botanical gin, Sake Ono Junmai Daiginjo and Olive Brine, and Rocío Sakura, which was a sweet mixture of Akashi Tai Yuzushu and Stawberry.
The cocktails were quite good and all were covered with decorative details such as petals and flowers, with drinks at a price of around £ 14.

Passing the food, we tried the lobster rolls of the Sakura house, which were made with lobster, Sakura rice, miso alioli and lump fish roe.
These were so delicious, they were light and fluffy with the lobster and Sakura rice, and I have to say that I hope this will bring again.
But we did not stop there, since this Danish-Japanese fusion restaurant is known for its combination of grill and sushi options, so we decided to opt for one of its established menus to test a variety of dishes.

By £ 41, a person, you get ten dishes sharing dishes that consist of sushi dishes such as crunchy EBI, spicy tuna and abokado along with grill sticks such as their button Yaki, Shake Teriyaki and Tsukune.
My favorites were definitely the Kinoko Korokke, a mushroom croquette with a delicious Danish cheese, and the Yaki Shake, which was a chamusado salmon and a rice plate with soy sauce.
Finally, we finished the event with the Fondant Sakura Cheri, which was a sticky pink dessert that consisted of Cherry and White Amarane chocolate, served with ice cream with and crumble biscuit, and was sweet.
If you are looking to visit sticks ‘n’ sushi and have a weak point for all pink things, now it is certainly the time to visit, with the Sakura menu that extends until April 27.
