“We are relatives, it is lovely to have my daughter Nicole with me too, she has only had a baby, so I have become a Nan and I am in the best industry for it!” Caron said.
“She directs the store while I am on the market doing the slum bit areness, it works very well as a family business.
Caron explained that having a family business in his hometown was always the goal, since his grandmother inspired her from an early age, a well -known figure around Romford.

“The recorder used to organize a weekly piece called” Nellie’s Nostalgia “, where he would write about charity and do things like carnival.
“Since I could walk, I was in my Nan’s store, Simms Florist in the Arcade del Quadrant, where she would grow and sell her own flowers.
“From a young age I was working with my grandmother and my family, so I definitely come from the background of family businesses.”
About eight years ago, Caron established a store in Chelmsford, but closed it two years later when he bought a location at Mercury Mall and decided to concentrate on Romford.
Caron said he was inspired by his grandmother, Nellie Simms, to own a family business.
Caron said that “he is looking to return to Chelmsford” and expand to Braintree, but “no doubt” will also remain in Romford.
“Romford is in my family,” he added.
“I like the industry. Because I have been doing this for 27 years, I can see women whose mothers brought they brought them to the store when they were born and now they are buying for their own babies, so I can see the second generations, it really is.
“In general, I love talking to people and meeting customers.
“I am very passionate about Romford due to my family experience: I always tell my children and relatives to buy in Romford.”
