A man has accused of murder after a car was taken to a man, police said.
Martin O’Donovan, 46, died at the hospital after being seriously injured in the incident in Stonyhurst Road in Woolton, Liverpool, on Friday, said the Merseyside police.
His family said he was a son, brother and uncle “loving, affectionate, fun and intelligent.”
Stephen Bates, 41 years old and Room Road, Mossley Hill, will appear on Tuesday at the Liverpool magistrates accused of murder.
In a statement, Mr. O’Donovan’s family said he was “an consummated and expert engineer,” he added: “He was well read, very traveled and full of light.
“His wonderful cheerful spirit will live in all those who had the pleasure of meeting him.
“We are devastated that they have been tasks of us in such cruel and meaningless circumstances, already measure that we process such an excessive loss, we comfort ourselves in the fact that he will always be a remarkable man that he was.”
