The incident occurred in the A2 to the west near the J2 M25 Junction around 3.15 pm yesterday (April 20).
The officers know Fire and rescue and the ambulance teams on the southeast coast were called the scene.
The road closed temporarily, while the teams drove the scene and isolated a overturned car.
Five people were delivered to the care of paramedics, however, their conditions are unknown at this stage.
The three A2 lanes were closed with motorists trapped inside the closure that turned around from the back of the Quee.
The road had completely reopened around 5.30 pm

A spokesman for have Fire and rescue Service said: “They called us the reports of an accident that involved four vehicles in the A2 London, just before the diversion of the M25.
“Three fire trucks attended, and the road closed temporarily, while the equipment drove the scene and isolated one of the hybrid vehicles that was involved.
“Five people were delivered to the care of the paramedics of Sechab.”
