The property purchase agent, Garrington Property Finders, published its annual report that classifies 1,447 cities, cities and villages in England and Wales with a population of more than 5,000.
The list is based on five main criteria: natural beauty, well -being, heritage and culture, schools and jobs, and value for money, while other points of interest include exceptional areas or beauty, crimes figures, air quality, lista numbers. This is how East London districts in the results, separated from Barking and Dagenham, which was not included in the list.
Tower Hamlets was considered the best municipality in eastern London to live, occupying the 299th of 1,447 total areas on the list.
The municipality obtained a score highly in the Heritage/Culture category, where it occupied number 47 on the list.
It was also highly classified for schools, employment and connectivity, reaching 73rd place.
The price, quality and value of housing 482 were classified in the list, with the average price of a family house of £ 1,064,776, a 2.30 percent decrease last year.
Tower Hamlets was the best classified municipality in eastern London (Image: Google) Waltham Forest, in place 378, was the next Borough of East London to live.
Schools, employment and connectivity were again a remarkable category with the municipality, placing 23º best well -being, Althegh Wellbeing in the Waltham forest was badly classified in 1,426º place.
A family house was priced at an average of £ 933,898 – 2.66 percent since last year.
Little behind Waltham Forest was Redbridge, the third best district in the east of the capital to live.
Redbridge occupied 396 of 1,447 areas.
Schools, employment and connectivity were again the main reference point since Redbridge placed the best 23.
The average price of a family home was £ 780.170, at 0.19 percent compared to last year.
Place 767 on the complete list, Newham was the following in the ranking with schools, employment and connectivity and heritage/culture as main factors: Newham was classified as 32 and 74 for these categories, respectively.
The average price of the family home here was £ 792,289, an increase or 0.22 per year.
Newham was recently appointed the municipality with the highest percentage of ‘outstanding’ schools.
According to the list, Havering was considered not only the municipality of Salachichas in eastern London but throughout the great London.
Despite having the lowest range of all London districts, Garrington has emphasized that “research only occupies the best places to live, so Bee includes, either in number 1 or number 1.447, it must be applauded.”
Placed 1,265 on the list, Havering received its sausage brands for the category of well -being with 1,363 and its best grades for schools, employment and connectivity with 78.
The price, quality and value of housing were classified 1.013, with an average family house at £ 697,272, the cheapest in eastern London.
