Jarah Mashal, or Hindhead Gardens, Northholt was accused on Friday (April 18) of serious bodily damage (GBH) of intention and possession of an offensive weapon.
He appeared today in the Uxbridge magistrates (April 19).
This follows a stabbing that went to the place in Godfrey Avenue, Northolt, around 8.14 pm on Wednesday (April 16).
The London ambulance service (the) sent an incident response officer and a member of the tactical response unit to the scene.

A teenager was treated at the scene before being tasks of a hospital, where jurors were then considered to change their lives.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “A 38 -year -old man has accused after a stabbing reported.
“Jarah Mashal, 38 (18.06.86), or background background gardens, Northholt was accused on Friday, April 18, serious bodily damage with intention and possession of an offensive weapon.
“The position follows a stabbing that, according to the reports, Toke Place at Godfrey Avenue, Northholt, on Wednesday, April 16.
“It will appear today in the Court of Magistrates of Uxbridge, on Saturday, April 19, accused of the previous crime.
“The victim continues to be supported by the officers.
“The investigation is still ongoing.”
