According to AA’s maps, the incident took place in the A2 West Bound near the M25 J2 Junction.
As a result, three lanes have one of the legs closed to national roads, which have classified this as a “serious collision” with a vehicle overturned.
Traffic is expected to last until around 7 pm today.
Drivers are advised to wait for traffic, while recovery work is underway, with tactiles for Sergesend and Tollgate services.
