The municipality was placed at 402 of 1,447 locations in England and Wales in the best places to live the 2025 report, published by Garrington Property Finders.
Greenwich held the 42nd position for heritage and culture, reflecting its historical sites, museums and lista buildings, and 55º for schools, employment and connectivity, highlighting the strength of their transport links and access to jobs and education.
However, the municipality was qualified only 1,422 for well -being, one of the lowest scores in the country.
This category is based on factors such as health results, satisfaction with life and access to well -being.
It also obtained a poor score for the quality and value of the price of housing, classifying 1,044º. The average price of a family home in Greenwich is estimated at £ 835,869, significant national average.
In the last 12 months, the average prices of properties in the municipality have fallen slightly, with a fall of 0.48 percent in the average price per square foot.
Greenwich’s natural environment was mid -rank in 505, reflecting the average access to green space and environmental quality within the capital.
Despite the mixed results, the general rank of Greenwich places it in the upper third of the locations included in the report.
Garrington’s study only includes the 1,447 best places to live in England and Wales, all with a population of more than 5000, and is based completely on publication public data.
