Rom Valley Gardens in Rom Valley Way has been seen in an industrial list in Zopla.
Tension More than 300,000 square feet and at the site of the old Romford Ice Arena, the plot list is for a sale without quotation.
According to the details of the list, it is raised as a “potential for development opportunity for industrial/commercial development, subject to planning.”
The Commercial and Industrial Agency of Agent Stretton wrote: “The consent of planning for 972 Medical Center housing, retailers, coffee shops and service facilities.
“Highly flexible design that allows multiple phase solutions.”
The Council approved a planning application that proposes that the site be reconstructed in more than 970 new houses in seven flat blocks that go between two and 12 floors high in September 2023.
The development not only included one hundred houses, but also included plans for retail trade and a restaurant unit, as well as a medical and neighborhood center.
The proposal was presented by developer Impact Developments Romford 1 LTD, with documents submitted as part of the planning process dating from April 2021.
A Hovering Council spokesman has confirmed that “the planning permit is still in its place”, however, it is not clear if the project is still being carried out by impact developments.
