A new Papa John store opened its doors for the first time last Monday (April 7).
The owner of the franchise, Amir Khan, said: “I am really proud to open a dad John’s store here in Upminster.
“It is an excellent location with a strong community that is excited to be part.
“Every time we launch a new branch, it feels as special as the first: there is a true sense of achievement in the construction of something that brings together people about a good meal.”
The store is located at 63 Corbets Tey Road and occupies the same facilities as the old branch.
In March last year, it was announced that this branch was on the list of potential closures throughout the country, along with 15 ethers in London and 42 throughout the United Kingdom.
Amir confirmed that the Tok store from seven to eight weeks to be active (Image: dad John) Last year, Papa John’s said the branch was “low performance” and “is no longer financially viable” according to a review by the company in early 2024.
After being vacant for more than a year, the place has reopened and again is home to a global pizza chain branch.
