SSS Essex LTD was visited by inspectors of the Food Standards Agency (FSA) last month.
The franchise executes camps of activities and sports care programs after the school of several schools in the municipality.
The FSA makes its reports based on practices and systems observed at the time of inspection, focusing on three main categories.
These include hygienic food management, cleaning and the state of the facilities and the building, and food security management.
It was reported that food management, including preparation, cooking, reluctant, cooling and storage by SSS Essex LTD, are “generally satisfactory.”
The inspectors found that the management of food security of the franchise related to the established systems to guarantee food security and evidence of staff knowledge about this needed to need an “important improvement.”
It was also reported that the cleaning of the place required an improvement.
SSS Essex director Jack Golding said: “We take the safety and well -being of children under our care extremely seriously.
“Although our team only drives and serves food between 4–4.30 pm, the inspection unfortunately tok’s place after 5 pm, when food management was not taking place.

“This feet, the inspector could not see our food service in action or the complete procedures that we remain daily.”
The franchise affirms that it was proposed to take imedia measures after the inspection to address the comments and “has already established additional measures to ensure that we exceed expectations.”
Mr Golding added: “We are sure that, if suspended today, a higher significant score would be awarded. We have formally requested a cleaning and we hope to receive an updated score in due time.“
