The 55 -year -old man underwent open heart surgery after a heart attack he experienced while swimming cold water in Somerset last year, the mirror reports.
He shared a video on his Instagram account, revealing the scar on his chest and telling his followers that he had returned to cold water swimming for the first time after his operation he had seven weeks ago.
He captivated the video: “So do it, I swam like an Irish racing snake, a slightly on weight that is #Wimming #NHs #nurs #ClevedonMarinelake thanks to all the @nhsengland staff that reached this point, life.”
Shortly after that video, he made another count of people who from his followers, a health professional “who works in the Cardio Unit”, had told him that he should have waited to swim after the 15 -week point after the operation, to a toy AA. Although swimming is “amazing.”
After his operation, Millar said he had been “calm” on social networks after “fighting a bit mentally,” reports the mirror.
He said: “I am a little silent about my publication about recovery, but I’m fine and I’m healing well, but I have fought a bit mentally because I feel vulnerable.”
He pointed out his scar and said: “I am open from here to the top of my stomach, so I worry a little because some or that I hit him. I am about to have my first swim and I am very excited.”
Millar explained to the BBC how he felt when he experienced the heart attack: “He felt that some were pressing a belt around me. If it weren’t for my friends and my float of £ 15, I am not sure if I would be here today.”
The television star said he felt “like a lifetime” since the pain began to return to the shore while his friends helped him.
