The incident occurred yesterday (April 14) around 3.30 pm of the Leyton Fire Station, at the crossing of Church Road and Oliver Road.
His injuries are not attractive or changing, but remains in the hospital after being treated by ambulance and air ambulance paramedics.

“It is getting into worse. They have closed all thesis facilities for these children. That is what they do. They cause problems.
“What have you put there for these children to go and release their frustration? Nothing. So they do it in the streets. They are doing it out of your.”
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “On Monday, April 14, the police was called at 15: 29 hours to Church Road, Leyton after the reports of a stabbing.
“The officers attended the scene along with the London ambulance service that treated a man in about 50 years for weapon wounds before taking him to the hospital.
“We expect an update on your condition. At this early stage, they don’t have a leg without judgment.
“A crime scene is currently instead, as well as at the close of the road. The consultations are ongoing.”
A spokesman for the London ambulance service said: “Today they called us at 3.27 pm (April 14) for reports of a stabbing at the Crossing of Church Road and Oliver Road, Leyton.
“We send resources to the scene, including an ambulance team, an incident response officer, a clinical team manager and a paramedic of our tactical response unit.
“We also send the London air ambulance.
“They treat a man on the scene and take him to a great trauma center.”
