The 61 -year -old man is mixed and around 6 feet.
It is described as bald with a gray, short and mustache beard.
Police say they can be using a black couple or trot funds, a gray upper part, dark blue jacket and black shoes.
Wayne often uses a cord around her neck with two united keys.
It is likely to be on foot and may also seem to walk with some decks.
Frequent areas in Dartford, which also include Lowfield Street and Princes Road.
