The pet, a 17 -year -old targeted, was discovered by a public member in Farm Road, Winchmore Hill, on March 26.
He had a great wound in the abdomen, a broken neck and some of the internal organists were found near his body.
He lacked the tail: this was the fourth incident of this type that the fat that his body was tasks to have seen.

Animal rescue officer Ellie Barnes-Wilson said: “This poor cat had already died when the owner found her and her body was severely mutilated.
“She was tasks for a local veterinarian and, when she was shipyard, her owner was found and is obviously very distressed.
“It was a greater and very dear cat and, although it may have been a victim of predatory wildlife, the circumstances are suspicious, so we are maintaining an open mind and if someone has information, we ask them to communicate with the RSPCA.”

The veterinarians where she was tasks of informing the incident was the fourth they have treated with recent, where a cat with tail eliminated has brought bone.
