Two Metropolitan Police officers have undercover unconventionally when dressing like Batman and Robin to address the illegal game in Westminster Bridge.
The unusual uniforms were put to attack the suspects familiar with their usual patrols, he said.
On February 15, Batman (INSP Darren Watson) with Sidekick PC Osman in a “superhero mission” carried out that led to the condemnation of two men.
Insp Watson said that unusual tactics proved to be “highly effective.”
He added: “I remembered that I had Batman and Robin costumes by hand that could be useful.
Inspect Watson said he was “excited” to see the work of fight against unusual crime to “get these people out of the street and protect tourists and Londoners from being swift.”
