The accident occurred in Sydney Road near the main street around 4.30 pm yesterday (April 10).
Emergency services attended and a woman was tasks for the hospital to receive ambulance treatment.

There has been no trial, but the police have asked anyone to witness the accident or have information to get in touch.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “The police was called at 4:39 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 for reports of a traffic collision in Sydney Road, near High Street, IG6.
“The officers, the London ambulance service and the London Fire Brigade attended and found three cars in collision.
“A woman was tasks for the hospital with lifeless injuries or changing their lives.
“There are no legs made in the leg. Continuous consultations.
“Any person with information can call the police at 101 by citing CAD 5263/10apr.
“Alternatively, you can communicate with the independent beneficial organization Crimetoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111 or visit Crimetoppers-k.org.uk.”
A spokesman for the London Fire Service said: “Yesterday firefighters were called to a traffic collision in Barkingside High Street.
“The teams made the scene safe after three vehicles were in collision. Two people were evaluated on the stage of the London ambulance service and a woman was tasks for the hospital.
“The brigade was called to 1645 and the incident ended for firefighters in 1734. Two firefighters of the Fire Stations of Ilford and Woodford attended the scene.”
London’s ambulance service was also contacted to comment.
