In a hero of the meeting on January 23 of this year, the members of the Dartford County Council agreed that a bidder, then known as Bidder B, would be the new occupants of Atik.
The Essex Road nightclub crashed into the administration last year when it was announced that the popular nightclub would close.
Subsequently, it was revealed that Postor B was Kevin Spencer, who told Kentonline: “It was a well identified club.
“The good thing about clubs like that is that they are very unique, since they are rarely built like this now.
“It is a nightclub to build a purpose in a privileged location.
“We are delighted to announce that it is to ride.
“We are bringing the nightlife back to Dartford.”
The club closed on February 1, 2024, when Rekom UK, owner of brands, including Atik and Pryzm, said the decision to close the club occurred after a “extremely difficult” year for the night sector.
The building will obtain a great image change in the coming months, which could cost between £ 250,000 and £ 400,000.
On March 19, a second Facebook account was launched under the name of Atik Dartford.
In his introduction section, Atik Dartford said: “Atik has returned.
“We have new owners, and the club is in renewal.
“Opening soon.”
Fatsoma, the event ticket platform, has an ATIK Dartford UK page so that people continue and join before their opening date.
The club will open again at some point in this spring, but a specific date has not yet been announced.
