The getaway remained with a tight strap (126 km for the end)
Jacopo Mosca is in the front for Lidl-Trek and the Pink Jersey team is establishing a decent rhythm to keep the escape on a tight rope.
Its advantage is constantly floating around the 2:18 brand now and feels a slightly lost cause for our Italin trio.
The Eau team’s emirates are also grouped in the front; Do they have the leg quite anonymous so far, but it could be my eye, the end of today for Isaac del Toro?

Scenes at the beginning
It is another beautiful day in Italy and the crowds are in force.
In TNT Sports, commentators notice the usual 3 km rule in the Sprint stages, where any pilot involved in the 3 km finals is granted at the same time as the group in time, it is No In operation today.
Therefore, this could be a nervous ending equally as normal as GC teams enter the action to protect their leaders.

Primoz Roglic, wildcard for stage five?
A Roglic, extremely relaxed laughed at the interviewer before the stage.
When asked if the shocking finish also suits him, he is characteristically circumspect: “We will see, when you have your legs there is opportunity.”
He was then asked if he cares about the pink shirt bar, and if all the homework tasks (press conferences, interviews, etc.) are postponing it. “Sweet concerns, I like journalists, I like press conferences, so I will,” he jokes.
Yesterday he touched two seconds of Pedersen’s advantage in the Red Bull Km and Red Bull-Hansgrohe Rider says: “I have to do it because the sponsor, right?
“I am enjoying everything,” he concludes about his time in the races so far.

Day’s Break Gone (138 km to go)
Our Italian trio has 2:40 in the group and that seems to be that.
While the camera goes to the winner of yesterday’s stage, Casper Van Uden feels a good time to keep in mind that stage four saw a Dutch first -way Dutch podium in the turn, while Olav Kooij and Maikel completed the first three.

Sprint dramas
In the group, they are rolling and are very relaxed, Mads Pedersen has a conversation with Max Kanter, the XDS-Estana pilot who was relegated and slapped with a yellow card for his Sprint yesterday.
His team protested the punishment as excessively hard. Sean Kelly, in TNT sports communications, agrees.
Sprint’s repetitions show Kanter’s shoulder that detach themselves in a Tudor rider, although it is difficult to know if his impulse takes him too far in him. Anyway, the Tudor Rider is not impressed and returns a push.

Three Italians at rest (147 km to travel)
Three Italians make up the break so far: Giosue Epis (Arkéa – B & B Hotels) and Davide Bais (Poldi VisiMalta), the liter a former winter of a stand of a getaway.
Lorenzo Milesi (Movistar) thinks of joining them, back, before redoubled their efforts, possible after having a fast with his radio from his team. He joins and that seems to be the break for now.
One would think, since it is a shorter stage and there is a difficult final that is in no way a fact for sprinters, that would have been a little more a fight to go up.

Tom Pidcock aimed at the stage of the stage
Good news for British spectators as a smiling Tom Pidcock confirmed in his television interview prior to the race that is pointing to today’s stage. The uphill finish without a doubt.
“Safety [motivated for the stage win]! It is certainly an opportunity today, but we will have to do. [Lidl]-Trek are a team that has a lot of impulse, I hope you want to try today, MATS obviously has a great form.
“I think we will have to see how it develops, also how many of the teams want to go for the getaway.”
He also jokes that Mads Pedersen owes him a favor after Pidcock lent him some glasses when his did not arrive on time. “It’s not a great favor, but I will do it if I need it!”

These life contracts are becoming more fashionable, with visum-arrendation a bicycle that paves the road, keeping Wout van Aert and the great Marianne Vos with the team until the end of their races.
