An initiative of the local government is seeking to attract recent and future planning graduates to perform roles in several tips from Ireland.
A recruitment campaign is being carried out to hire qualified planners for Ireland county and municipal councils.
Under the postgraduate planner scheme of the local government, Ireland, 43 positions are available in 26 of the 31 county and municipal tips throughout the country, and planners have opportunities to work on ambitious projects that will determine the future development of villages, towns and cities of Ireland.
Successful applicants will receive an initial salary of almost € 39,000, 24 days of annual license and will have opportunities to progress in their careers in the planning sector. Interested planners can apply here.
The scheme is open to recent graduates with a level of eighth level of honors or more in planning or those about to graduate with an expected death and work in the Republic of Ireland.

Mateusz Ciesiolka of Drimnagh, Dublin, recently graduated from your Dublin, with a title in environmental planning and management. He explained that having a vision of an area is one of the central attractions of a planning career.
“The planning is about the future, it is helping to determine the future development of its city or its village, but most importantly, we plan for people. In a municipal council, there are no two days, it is very, so much opportunity.”
Planner Grace Hamilton assured a postgraduate post on the Meath County Council two months after completing his studies at Queen University in Belfast. “Every day they are different and makes you see the world differently, there are things that you would like to notice what there is and you can see the transformation of an area from beginning to end,” he said.
