2 showed me how to create my first company when I was 11 years old, “Mr. Fix It Works.” I would do odd jobs around his dealerships helping anyone and learning all I could. Growing up my favorite book was “The Way Things Work.” It explains everything from how car engines work to how gummy bears are produced, and I always had to know how things worked. At fourteen years old I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. I decided at that point I must never feel sorry for myself, and I would look at my diseases as something positive in my life and be motivated to work harder so I could one day have my own company. I then really began laying down the framework for my companies when I moved to Scottsdale and attended Arizona State University.
